Ashtanga is a dynamic style of yoga that builds strength, increases flexibility and calms your mind.
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have practiced yoga but not Ashtanga before. The teacher gives instruction on how to do the postures safely, protecting your joints and building your core strength. Modifications and variations are offered to allow for different strengths and weaknesses in your body. You will gain an understanding of the fundamental postures of yoga in this one month course.
Monday and Wednesdays at 7pm for 4 weeks
