Each morning intensive will give you a taste of their unique and exceptional ways of guiding you into Ceremony, Chanting and full body yoga experiences. As Forrest Yoga Gaurdians, bodyworkers, anatomy geniuses, and magicians of touch and assists, you will be led into your breath and body in extra-ordinary ways, with a generosity of Spirit and love that is very difficult to explain; it simply MUST be experienced!
