Join our experienced teachers and enjoy small, individualised classes in our new dedicated yoga space. We use the classical system of yoga to build strength, increase mobility and promote an overall sense of happiness and well-being.

  • Package of 10 classes (valid for any class style for 4 months) $230


  • Casual single class $25


  • Andrea's class is 1 hour 15 mins with different pricing ($30 per class)


CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

All Levels

 

An active yoga practice suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga students. Classes include breathwork (pranayama), physical poses (asanas), and relaxation/meditation.

 

Beginners

 

A slow-paced practice for those who had never tried yoga before, are returning to yoga, or recovering from illness or injury. Special attention will be given to getting down and up from the floor safely, sitting and lying comfortably, introducing breathing practices and relaxation.

 

Chair Yoga

 

If you have trouble getting up and down from the floor, these classes are for you. Gain all the benefits from yoga specifically modified for the chair.

 

For all classes: Modifications and props are provided so students can practice at a level that meets their needs. Clients are also welcome to bring their own props to class.  


Props and equipment provided

 

Mats, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters and chairs are provided.

 

Clients are also welcome to bring their own props to class.

 

Wipes are provided to clean studio equipment after use.

 

Please do not attend class if you:

*      are unwell with fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, or

*      have had contact with someone who has COVID-19 or is being tested for COVID 19.

 

Clients are welcome to wear a mask if they prefer.
