Rod was born in Melbourne and moved to the Gold Coast over 30 years ago chasing sun and sand. He began his career as a butcher and moved into Staging and Events before eventually finding his true calling as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and sports conditioning coach. He specialises in sport fitness and is a keen AFL player having played locally at various levels over the past three decades. He is an avid gym goer and continues this daily practice as a way to maintain his overall health and well being. He hopes to bring yoga and health & fitness into the lives of many and looks forward to seeing you at the studio.
