Description
This course presents Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam (Churning of the Shadow Warrior) and the associated asana (seats). It builds on an understanding of Bala Krama and Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam preludes. It breaks down restrictions in the hips and shoulders and improves circulation of breath, blood, lymph and life force. Prerequisite: 1-2 years of Bala Krama and CYS.
