Are you ready to commit to a new path, and to taking a new direction- and to learning an entirely new approach to yoga? This yoga teacher training is for you if you are interested in teaching yoga not only for fitness or exercise. Intouch Yoga Teacher Trainings impart the skills and knowledge to teach yoga as it was intended-as a way of accessing prana, the life force, to heal and create change at a deep level.
A strong focus on injury prevention, yoga for individual needs, functional anatomy and bio-mechanics differentiates this training and the skills that you will learn.
The one day per week format Level One 200/350 hour Intouch Yoga
Teacher Training days are Wednesdays and possibly some Sundays and
run from 8.30am-4.30pm in Suffolk Park, near Byron Bay NSW.
The course will run from March-November over 30 meeting dates (200
Hours) and March-December over 35 meeting dates (350 Hours) There are
breaks in the schedule for school holidays.
The course is currently recognised by Yoga Alliance and is a certified 200 Hour Training. it is also recognised by Yoga Australia at both the 200 hour and 350 hour level.
As well as the required 29/35 meeting dates, there will be a
required minimum 4 home practice sessions, plus some homework, averaging
at another 10 hours per week.
