WHAT IS CONSCIOUS DATING?
Conscious dating is the practice of bringing presence and body awareness to dating. It’s an experience that helps us truly see people for who they are, with the goal to move past the casual, surface level conversations and connect with others from a place of play, sensuality and authenticity.

WHO IS CONSCIOUS DATING FOR?
Conscious Dating is for anyone who: • is currently single• deeply desires more authentic connections • wants to feel welcome, accepted and celebrated for exactly who they are• is open to exploring new ways of communicating and connecting

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
You will be guided through group exercises and fun questions to get to know each other, before moving deeper into solo and partnered practices exploring conscious communication, embodiment and play. For the first part of the evening you will rotate partners, and there will be time at the end to continue the conversations over light refreshments.This is not a sacred sexuality workshop. Nevertheless, there will be a comprehensive exploration and discussion of boundaries, consent and how to honour ourselves and others, and your participation is completely up to you. You are under no obligation to participate in anything which doesn’t feel right or honour where you are at.
