Simon has been practising Iyengar Yoga since 2003. Under the guidance of senior UK teacher Alaric Newcombe, he gained his Level 2 teaching certificate and has been teaching since 2009.
Simon’s approach to teaching is to develop an awareness of body, mind and breath through the practice of asana and pranayama. The balance of these elements brings harmony and well-being to all aspects of everyday life.
Simon continues to study with the Iyengar family and senior Iyengar Yoga teachers from around the world. He is pleased to know that he has a lot more to learn.
