Paola’s teachings began in 2015 when she completed her 200hrs teacher training, whilst she fell pregnant with her daughter Leia. This took her down an alternate path to what she had in mind it has been a journey ever since. ​ Educating herself with many trainings and workshops, she developed a specific love for teaching mums, bubs, pregnancy, pre, post natal, birthing and kids yoga which she holds in a fun, safe, group environment and one on one sessions. ​ Paola is forever delving deeper and lately has been listening more intuitively to her own inner wisdom for guidance; being drawn to the magic of the female body, Paola is excited to be there to support women on one of the biggest transformations they will experience in their life.
