This course is structured to introduce you to the concepts of yoga, the poses, (asana) the breath (pranayama), as well as showing you how to let go of some of those common mis-conceptions such as “I’m not flexible enough for yoga” and “I’ll start when I’m fitter.” ​ The course is with Owner/Teacher at Botannix, Anne Stringer. “This course is ideal for those of you who are completely new to yoga, done very little yoga, as well as those who would like to re-visit the basics, brush up on the foundations and alignment of the poses; to invigorate your existing practice.” ​
