Description

 

INCLUDES: 2 night’s accommodation (all rooms have heating and ceiling fans, linen and towels and local aromatherapy toiletries provides) All delicious vegetarian meals/yummy healthy continental style breakfasts, yoga /meditation/niddra/relaxation sessions and talks.  Not included: Massages will be available at the venue, ‘Hammam’ Turkish steam room… seats 10! (newly completed at Continental House…so bring your bathers), Hepburn Springs Day Spa (book in early for treatments) only 5 minutes away. You may want to ‘linger longer’ to do this book directly with the venue.

Arrival time:  4:00pm for room allocation, settling in time.

 

5.00pm:  Gentle yoga class

 

6.30pm: light dinner

 

8.00pm: welcome program with weekend overview and short meditation before retiring.

2.00 -5.00pm:                 Free time (Guided walk, exploring, visiting Daylesford, massage or Spa)                    
5.00 - 6.30pm:                Yang/Yin flow Yoga session 

 

6.30- 8.00pm:                 Dinner
8:00 – 9:00pm:               Evening program /chanting/ relaxation/meditation
