This drop-off program adds age specific exercises and themed tricks for children. Each section has been carefully crafted to include swinging, spinning, stretching, gripping, and inverting. These techniques fine-tune the kinesthetic and balance systems of the body and brain acuity essential in early childhood development. Games are included for fun and further development.
