Nubia was qualified as a yoga teacher in Brazil in 2005, but her love for yoga started years before when she was studying for her degree in Physical Education.
Passionate in sports, anatomy, physiology and body movement/ biomechanics, Nubia has been dedicating her life to studying and searching for ways to combine her knowledge with yoga, to prevent sports injuries and teaching her students body awareness.
