John was introduced to Yoga on advise from a chiropractor after suffering a serious spinal injury. An unexpected opportunity to teach Yoga was the catalyst for becoming a full time teacher. A graduate of the Yoga Teaching Diploma at Nature Care College and a member of Yoga Australia he continually upgraded his skills and knowledge. John has delivered Yoga programmes to people from levels of practitioner from beginner to advanced over the past 12 years.
