Prenatal Yoga - 10 Week Course with Monica Anderson

Join experienced prenatal yoga teacher Monica Anderson for a 10-week prenatal yoga course, running from Monday 28 April to 30 June.

This course is dedicated to providing holistic support to pregnant women, through yoga practice, breath-work, and informative sessions on birth preparation and lateral services.

Practising yoga throughout your pregnancy is a wonderful gift that you give to yourself and your unborn baby. Prenatal yoga will help you be in the best possible shape for birth and beyond! From teaching experience, you will also enjoy faster muscle recovery after birth.
