Introducing Calligraphy yoga

Calligraphy Yoga has been developed by Master Zen Hua Yang by combining Chinese calligraphy principles (continued, unbroken flow) with traditional Indian Yoga postures, Chinese Chi Gong and Tai Chi. Calligraphy yoga uses the Dan Tian’, or energy centre, to link together yoga postures, thus creating a life feel that unblocks the body, freeing up joints, tissue and energy centres. These movements, flowing like a running stream, improve blood flow and help cultivate chi in the body.
