You will also learn which practices are to be avoided during menstruation, assisted reproductive treatments and pregnancy so that you can practice yoga safely and confidently.
We will explore simple but powerful techniques to activate your body’s own relaxation response giving you tools to help you cope with the emotional roller coaster of ongoing fertility challenges.
If you are thinking about joining up for our 8-week fertility yoga program this workshop will give you a taste of what we explore during our 8-weeks. If you can’t commit to 8-weeks or the time doesn’t suit, then the workshop is a valuable opportunity to learn powerful fertility enrichment yoga practices that you can do safely at home.
