Calligraphy Yoga (General & Digestion): Saturday 10am-1pm

The most popular Calligraphy Yoga works with 3-dimensional movements

that help release muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints. Specialising in

increasing oxygen flow through the body. The end result is a calm and

grounded person with happiness coming from inside.

Calligraphy Yoga (Circulation and Stress release): Saturday 2:30 – 5:30pm

Targeting the body's circulatory systems, with a particular

focus on blood circulation, improving bodily warmth especially in

the fingers and toes. Excellent for females and people who

feel the cold of winter in their extremities.

The other focus of this workshop will be on helping you to

overcome daily pressures associated with stress. Master Yang

will work you through a series of movements to

help you regain your mental balance, relaxation and grounding.

Very effective in dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, stress and High BP.
