300-hour Yoga Journey/Bridging Course in the Tradition of Krishnamacharya

Āgamā offers a one year program for qualified yoga teachers who wish to study, practice and teach in the tradition of Professor Krishnamacharya and his son, TKV Desikachar.

This unique approach integrates practical teachings about asana, prānāyāma, sound and meditation techniques with Yoga Sutra and other texts.
All students of the program work with a mentor to develop a personal practice. This is an important criteria of the course, to continue to develop and deepen your understanding not only of yoga in general but your own relationship with self, becoming a personal yoga journey too.
This course will give you the tools to help your students more, both in group classes and individually, whether their needs are physical, energetic, emotional. You will view your students(and yourself) in a more holistic way.

Those who complete the Yoga Journey will be accredited through Āgamā and Yoga Australia. This is not just another yoga course, the prime motivation in taking this course is to deepen your understanding of the tools of yoga and continue on your own path of self exploration.
