Hello,

 

All that sitting has made me think I should pick up a fitness/stretching program. I'm in great health, but would like to become fitter/stronger. I don't have a natural inclination toward sports (the only activity I've ever managed to do for long periods of time is swimming) and don't like any sports. I also dislike going to the gym (if I did go, it would be primarily to put on muscle since my weight/BMI and all that is currently perfect) My goal is primarily to work out the kinks in my muscles. I have sore sports/trigger points from sitting too much/bad posture. Is Pilates or Yoga more appropriate? Or do I really need to do something that gets my heart rate up?

 

Any help will be apprecited.
