Each morning begins with an inspirational yoga class followed by a hearty buffet breakfast. During the day choose to hike one of the area's stunning trails or simply relax at our mountain views lodge. In the afternoons we gather for a restoration yoga class followed by a delicious dinner and a relaxing yoga nidra practice before bed.

Schedule / Itinerary

a rough guide to our daily schedule:

6.30 am: inspirational morning yoga
8.30 am: scrumptious buffet breakfast
10.00 am: depart for an awe-inspiring day's hiking
12 pm: share a delicious picnic lunch on our hike
4 pm: back at the hotel take a bath, have a massage or simply put your feet up in beautiful surrounds
5.00 pm: afternoon resorative yoga
7.00 pm: enjoy a delicious home-cooked dinner
8.15 pm: yoga nidra(a lying down guided relaxation)
