I trained at the Florida Institute for Integrated Yoga Studies, and Pranavinyasa. I am a 500 hour R.Y.T. I have studied with many yogis in several types of yoga.

I have studied yoga for most of my life. I have studied many types of yoga. Including, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Pranavinysasa and more! I traveled the world as a military wife. We moved every two to three years. Each time I moved whatever yoga I was studying was not at our new location. So I would study something else. At the time I was very frustrated, but in the end I received a extensive yoga education. I am a yoga alliance registered teacher.

I specialize in restorative yoga. I chose to work with people who need yoga. People with chronic illnesses, people who have a lot of stress. I also teach more physical types of yoga. I have certifications in personal training, wellness. I am a reiki master.

I also have combined yoga with my love of travel and each year I offer several opportunities to get away with several yoga destination vacations.
