Use the support of props to relax deeply and release residual tension, in turn restoring the body’s natural balance and harmony.
Tai Chi *
Foster a calm and tranquil mind through this moving meditation. The fluid motion fosters better balance, alignment, and grace. No previous experience is necessary.
Yin/Deep Stretch **
Intensify your practice by mastering long, deep holds in postures. Work primarily on opening hips, lower back, and shoulders. A great complement to an active (yang) practice.
Yoga and Body Rolling **
