Gentle Yoga (Mild) ...a great relaxing and restorative flow for all levels including beginners. Emphasis is on releasing stress and tension, restoring peace of mind and healing the body. This practice explores a slower, deeper way of moving to generate the sense of serenity. Lots of lower back therapy and hip openers to heal on deep levels!

Happy Hour Yoga (Medium) ...a moderate and invigorating flow to dramatically increase an overall sense of well-being. Emphasis is on rejuvenating and recharging yourself on all levels: body, mind, heart and soul. Sun salutes, balance and core strength are added to the basic principles of our mild practice.

Devi Vinyasa Flow (Spicy) ...a more dynamic and upbeat flow that will challenge and excite as it moves you toward optimal fitness strength, vitality and self-awareness. It is a strong, invigorating, purifying and detoxifying practice that can lead top new heights of self-discovery, health and transformation. Advances postures will be explored which can all be modified to suit you perfectly. Everyone is welcome and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace and rest when you need to.

Astanga (Traditional)...Astanga, which means “eight limbs” in Sanskrit, is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed. Ashtanga practice is challenging because of the constant movement or flow from one pose to the next.
