Our classes are for all levels of Yoga students and for adults and teens including a special class just for kids.
Beginner Level Class is an introduction for basic Hatha Yoga and ongoing practice. Focus is on learning to determine the body’s range of motion and developing the skill of working within that range of motion so the body will begin to relax into a more flexible state. Introduction to the complete breath and relaxation techniques are also introduced and reinforced.
Intermediate Level is designed for those with Yoga experience. These classes build on postures in a structured and progressive format as well as introduce more difficult variations.
Mixed Level is designed for all levels of yoga experience. Beginners will receive detailed instruction. Those with experience will practice deeper range of motion in the pose and variations of the pose. Sharing experiences among the different levels is a wonderful way to learn.
Yoga with Light Weights is a yoga class with the use of 1, 3, and 5 pound weights. Slow mindful movements joined with counted breathing patterns work together for a complete yoga practice. All levels are welcome and weights are not required.

Kids Only Class Ages K-High School. Kids yoga class is interactive and fun! It helps children develop strong, flexible, healthy bodies and clear focused minds. Children learn coping skills through breathing and relaxation techniques. Children learn to relax, concentrate and focus on the moment and task at hand. This is a great way for your children to let out their energy in a safe, healthy way.
Prenatal Classes Prepare and care for your body and nourish your mind while your baby grows. By toning the body, mind, and spirit, yoga can help an expectant mother be present for the miracle of birth. This yoga class is an opportunity to strengthen your body and spirit and provide a chance to spend time with other pregnant women sharing the same experiences and concerns. We currently do not have a dedicated prenatal class on the schedule. If you would like to join the regular yoga class, please contact Barbara, 281-859-5566.
Classes are approximately one hour and 10 minutes. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Bring a mat if you have it or use a class mat.
