Coming to Class.
- It is best to come with an empty stomach (no heavy food 2-3 hours prior to class).
- You should be well-hydrated before class in addition to having water during the yoga.
- All classes are walk-in with no prior registration required.
- First timers should arrive 20 minutes early to get acquainted with the studio.
- Just dress lightly and be prepared to sweat!
- Bring a large towel, mat and water.
- Towels and mats are available to rent for $2.00 each; bottled water is also available for purchase.
- Classes are 90 minutes, comprised of 26 postures (done twice) and two breathing exercises.
