hatha yoga mysore offers classes on hatha yoga,astanga yoga,pranayama,meditations.our center
is situated in the heart of mysore in lush greenery.the intake for each batch
is limited to 5.we also offer 200 hour level yoga teacher training programes
twice in a year.the teacher training consists of the teaching of
asanas,pranayama,mudra,bandha/anatomy/diet and nutrition/bhagavad gita.
