all of our yoga studios are fully equipped with mats and yoga props. we encourage all regular yoga students to bring their own mats.
wear clothes that you can move in eat only lightly prior to yoga class inform your yoga teacher of any physical limitations you have
please arrive a few minutes early to honor yourself and the class yoga products are available for purchase at the Store at All That Matters
