Since 1983, Desert Song Yoga & Massage Center has been dedicated to quality education and health of the mind, body and spirit. As the first Phoenix yoga studio and a pioneer in holistic therapies, Desert Song offers our community opportunities for healing, growth and transformation through yoga and tai chi classes, massage and yoga as therapy, nutritional counseling, energy work, workshops and retreats, in a tranquil environment in the heart of the city.

Desert Song also has programs for special groups, including prenatal yoga, yoga therapy and massage, toddlers' and kids' yoga classes, yoga for seniors, family yoga workshops and partners' yoga and massage workshops.

Desert Song massage therapists are among the best in Arizona. With combined experience of more than 75 years, our professional and compassionate therapists provide excellent Swedish, prenatal (with maternity massage tables) therapeutic, deep therapeutic and aromatherapy massage, as well as other bodywork modalities.

Desert Song’s teacher training program was the first in Phoenix, started in 1993. We draw from that experience to offer a comprehensive and certified 200-hour program, as well as ongoing continuing education opportunities. Our trainings are taught by outstanding master and emerging instructors, who guide students through asana, pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, meditation, alignment, therapy and classroom management.
