Balance For Life Fitness Center is a privately owned personal training & pilates studio located in Shoreview, Minnesota. We provide one-on-one training for women and men who are interested in maintaining and developing their health and wellness in a non-intimidating and non-competitive atmosphere.

We are a non-membership based facility, meaning there are no monthly membership fees in addition to your training sessions.
