Discover North India Tour with Ann Dyer

Our journey begins on the palm-lined shores of Kerala (the home of Ayurveda), described by National Geographic as one of the ten paradises of the world. We will reside at the award-winning Somatheeram Ayurvedic Center, where each individual will receive a personal consultation with the resident Ayurvedic doctor, along with a recommended course of treatment.

Healthy, fresh meals are prepared daily according to each individual¹s dosha (constitution). Ann will teach daily morning yoga classes and evening meditation sessions, with afternoons free for prescribed massages and treatments, relaxing on the beach, or taking a backwater boat ride on one of Kerala¹s legendary houseboats. Evenings will be highlighted with teachings on Ayurveda and performances of Indian classical dance and music.

Prices are per person and include 5 nights accommodation in a double room, breakfast, taxes,all internal transport, and one yoga class a day. Single accommodation limited but available. Not included: internal airfare, most lunches and dinners, gratuities.

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold your space.
Final Balance Policy: Final payment must be received by December 1, 2010 in order to be eligible for the early bird pricing and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation your entire payment will be refunded less the $300 deposit if the cancellation is made before December 1, 2010. Payments are non-refundable after this date.
