500 hr Chakra Yoga Teacher Training in Goa

This month long intensive Sadhana practice is a special opportunity to journey though the chakras and deepen your spiritual understanding and experiential knowledge of the energetic body.

Tribes skilled and experienced teachers create a sacred space for trainees to study the chakra system both theoretically and experientially. This exploration of the chakras is for many practitioners a vital step in advancing ones personal practice and enables trainees to include a deeper knowledge of the subtle body when sharing their practice with others.

For the first three weeks every three days we will work specifically with one chakra utilizing a variety of practices to deepen our understanding of the energies contained in each particular chakra. Through asana, meditation and other exercises we will explore the possibility of stimulating each chakra and open ourselves to the possibility of release and transformation.

The final week will focus on integrating all that has been learnt during the training. Trainees will also be formatting their understanding so they can teach classes that are based on chakra exploration.
