Pilates Essentials introduces you to the fundamental principles of the full body conditioning practice of Pilates. Pilates offers a challenging workout for everyone, regardless of physical condition or body type, and can result in profound improvements to health and well-being. This 4-week series is grounded in a powerful curriculum that builds on itself week after week, resulting in a solid foundation needed to get full benefit of Pilates Mat classes and continuing personal Pilates practice. A new series begins the first Tuesday of each month and meets for one hour for four consecutive weeks. Pre-registration is required and the series may be cancelled if minimum registration is not met.
