Description
Intro to Yoga provides beginning yoga students with a solid foundation for a lifetime of yoga practice. This four week series includes instruction in the fundamentals of alignment, basic poses, stretching and strengthening exercises, breathing, and relaxation techniques. A new series begins the first Thursday of each month. Classes are weekly on Thursday from 7:15 PM to 8:30 PM. Pre-registration is required.
