300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

This Teacher Training will include two retreat-style modules with correspondence and mentorship during the break between. Students will learn to master an authentic Yoga lineage combining the outer methods of yogic lifestyle with the inner methods of yogic world-view. The Training is based around the 8 series of Tibetan Heart Yoga and also includes an extensive technical teaching component. Come to either turbo charge your own practice or learn to teach others how to safely and effectively progress on their own yoga paths. Graduates will be able to quickly advance to the level of YSI Staff Teachers and will be immediately eligible to apply for registered yoga teacher status through Yoga Alliance.
